RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Many thanks for your email, I'm sorry to hear you're not getting on well with your club, if we can offer any assistance please let us know, alternatively If you choose to return your DST Golf club, you MUST include a copy of your original receipt with your return, or a note that includes your invoice number, name, address, phone number, and email address. Please also let us know your reason for the return. Your account will be credited for the price of the club(s) you ordered. Once we process your return it will take 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your bank.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

Shipping will be covered by DST Golf on warranty and defective returns only. Customers are responsible for shipping all returned merchandise back to DST Golf. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the returned items in the original box and use adequate packing material. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

 

DST Golf will not accept returns on items where the customer induced dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or excessively bent shafts. Should we receive returns that are damaged as previously described; the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the incomplete return.
